Position purpose:

The Office of the Ombudsperson provides an independent, impartial and confidential service to assist with the fair and equitable resolution of University-related disputes. Reporting to the Ombudsperson, the Assistant Ombudsperson assists in all aspects of the work of the Office and performs a variety of administrative, operational and communication tasks. The position requires judgment, diplomacy and the ability to manage a caseload.
