Invitation: Ombuds Day 2021 - Thursday October 14, 2021

For Ombuds Day 2021, the Université de Moncton is hosting a lunch conference where the ombud, Lise Frigault, and her colleague from the Polytechnique Montréal, Julie Boncompain, will moderate a conversation with guest speakers Pierre Champoux (CBC French Services), Martine Conway (University of Ottawa), Nadine Mailloux (City of Montréal) and Charles Murray (province of New Brunswick). They will talk about the role and responsibilities of ombuds, the services offered by various ombuds offices and the value they add to an organization.

The conference will be held on Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 12pm to 2pm ADT Atlantic Daylight Time UTC-3.

This virtual conference is free, but you need to register to receive the Zoom link.

The presentations will be in French, but simultaneous interpretation in English will be available.
