Toronto Community Housing Accepts Ombudsman Findings & Recommendations

The City of Toronto Ombudsman, Fiona Crean, announced that Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCH) has accepted all of her findings and recommendations following an investigation into its human resource policies and practices.

The report, “Unrule(y) Behaviour,” found that senior management repeatedly broke TCH recruitment rules. Some of the senior executives did not know their obligations regarding recruitment.
