Hydro One Inc. is pleased to inform employees of the appointment of Sophie Petrillo as Ombudsman for the Company. Ms. Petrillo has been serving as the head of the Office of the Ombudsman since March of 2017. She is highly regarded in the area of dispute resolution and has extensive experience ensuring that business activities comply with legal, regulatory and privacy requirements. Prior to this role, she was an investigator in the Office of the Ombudsman beginning in 2016. Before joining Hydro One, she served as Counsel, Canadian Investigations and Litigation at The Toronto-Dominion Bank and as a law associate in the commercial litigation group at Pallett Valo LLP.
