New Ombudsman appointed at Canada Post

Bill Sheffield, Interim Chair of the Board of Directors wishes to announce that after a successful career with the Corporation, Nabil Allaf, Ombudsman at Canada Post, has announced his retirement at the beginning of next year. Bill is very pleased to announce the appointment of Jean-Marc Nantais as Ombudsman effective December 1st, 2017. Jean-Marc will transition with Nabil until his departure.

Jean-Marc joined Canada Post in 2003 and over his career has held a number of executive market facing roles including General Manager, Brand Marketing, General Manager, Enterprise Marketing and most recently the role of General Manager, Customer Service.

Prior to joining Canada Post, Jean-Marc held the position of Director, Corporate Marketing and Product Management at Bell Canada.

Jean-Marc’s extensive Marketing background and his focus and commitment to Customer Service, position him well to assume this important role.

Jean-Marc has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a Major in Marketing from Concordia University, a Public Relations Certificate from Concordia University and a Marketing Certificate from McGill University.
