Mr Elton Georges, former Complaints Commissioner of British Virgin Islands, passed away in the evening of 4 April 2018.

Condolences were sent from Victoria Pearman, Bermuda Ombudsman, on behalf of colleagues of the Caribbean Ombudsman Association (CAROEA).
