Ombudsman Toronto is proud to announce that Kwame Addo, Ombudsman Toronto’s long-time Director of Investigations & Conflict Resolution, will be leaving at the end of May to assume an exciting new role as Ombudsperson of Ryerson University. Kwame joined the Toronto Ombudsman’s office when it opened 10 years ago and has provided a decade of exemplary service and leadership. He is well-known, trusted and widely admired for his calm, thoughtful and wise approach, his integrity and his deep commitment to fairness and equity.
