IOI 2021 World Conference - New Website Address

New dates (23 – 28 May 2021) have been agreed for the International Ombudsman Institute (IOI) 12th General Assembly and World Conference in Dublin.

The conference website address and contact email address have now been updated to reflect the fact that the conference is taking place in 2021.

Re-directs have been put in place to ensure that anyone who uses the previous website address (www.ioi2020.com) will be directed to the new website address and anyone using the previous email address (ioi2020@abbey.ie) will be directed to the new email address.”
