The Forum of Canadian Ombudsman offers training courses and workshops on a variety of topics every year. We also offer customized training to meet the specific needs and interests of individual offices or groups.

If you are creating a new ombudsman office for your company, organization or government department or you want to know about setting up an office, please ask us. In addition to training, we can provide information, advice, contacts and mentors to help with the challenges.
