Room Types and Rates
The FCO/ACCUO conference is offering a variety of room types and rates. The Fairmont City view room is $279 per night. The Fairmont Gold room is $429 per night. You are free to choose the room type (with city view or harbour view) of your choice.
Group room rates are available 3 days pre and 3 days post conference (subject to availability), to allow you to enjoy all that Victoria has to offer. Come in early, or stay a few days later, your choice.
Reservations need to be made before September 20, 2024 to qualify for the group room rates.
Booking Policy
A valid credit card is required at time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Cancel without penalty if confirmed more than 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 24 hours of arrival will be charged a fee of 1-night room and tax to the credit card on file.

Maps and Transportation
Victoria International Airport (YYJ) is located approximately 30 minutes drive from Fairmont Empress. There are several rental car companies located at the airport.
If you are driving from the airport, simply follow signs for "Victoria". The airport is located just off of Highway 17, which will take you directly into the heart of Downtown Victoria and to Fairmont Empress.
