Member rates apply to current FCO and ACCUO Members.
Non-Member rates include Individual FCO Membership (valid until December 31, 2024).

Full Conference Registration includes:

Breakfast, Lunch and Breaks (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
Welcome Reception (Tuesday)
Dinner (Wednesday)

Payment

Payment by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express) is required at the time of registration. All registration fees are subject to 5% GST. If your organization is tax exempt, please contact us prior to registering.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Until August 31, 2024:
Cancelled registrations will be refunded less a $100 administration fee.

After August 31, 2024 (Non Refundable):
Refunds will NOT be issued, but substitutions are permitted.

All requests must be sent in writing to the FCO office at info@ombudsforum.ca

Membership Status

FCO membership is valid from January 1 to December 31. Contact the FCO office at info@ombudsforum.ca to verify your status or Renew FCO Membership Now.

ACCUO membership valid from July 1 to June 30. Contact ACCUO by email at info@accuo.ca to verify your status.
