Reporting to the Manager, Investigation, the coordinator, investigations is responsible for providing confidential assistance to the investigations team to support early resolution, investigation activities and special projects, including acting as an initial contact for investigations.

The Office of the Ombudsman is currently seeking a highly qualified and accomplished leader for the position of Director, FLSU to support the Commissioner. The Director FLSU will play a pivotal role in translating the vision and strategic objectives of the FLS Commissioner into actionable plans within the FLSU, ensuring a cohesive approach to the protection and promotion of French language services in Ontario. They will foster appropriate and productive relationships within the Francophone community, government bodies, and other stakeholders to enhance the visibility and impact of French language services.
